350 Queen Street is positioned at the highly prominent intersection of Queen Street, Lorne Street and Rutland Street. The 2012 refurbishment of this building included the creation of 18 ground level retail shops along the Queen Street and Rutland Street frontages and renovation of the 8 levels of offices. The lobby off Queen Street was refurbished into a grand architecturally designed space featuring marble floors, feature lighting and the installation of two new lifts.
